What data we process and why
- Analytics, only if you accept. With Google Analytics 4 we measure which pages are visited, the type of device, approximate country or region and the site you came from, to improve the guide. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 22.2 of Spain’s LSSI). Google Ireland Limited acts as processor; data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Google’s policy). Data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics, 14 months at most.
- Hosting. Cloudflare serves the pages and processes technical connection data, such as your IP address, to deliver them and protect the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a working, secure website (Cloudflare’s policy).
- If you email us, we use your address only to reply and delete it when it is no longer needed.
We do not sell data or build advertising profiles. Links to other sites (the park, activity companies, El Balcón del Moncayo) lead to sites with their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. If you think your request was not handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
